In this article, the co-founder of the Future London academy Ekaterina Solomeina summarises what she learnt from some great leadership thinkers in the executive leadership program that Margaret was invited to teach on in November last year. She summarises what she learnt from us as follows:

Margaret Ochieng, Organisational Psychologist and founder of Inclusive Village, introduced us to non-Western Models of leadership. For example, in Ubuntu society, leadership is a circle rather than a pyramid. Leadership is no longer a competition to be the first to the top of the pile, but a symbiotic system where everybody works together to contribute to a better life, and to succeed together

This year, we will continue to provide our clients with creative, cutting-edge insights, solutions and learning experiences that illuminate a revitalised vision for people leadership, talent, inclusivity and culture development. Our clients are a part of our village. In partnering with us, we support you in building conscious and inclusive work environments that attract the best, most diverse people, retain them, develop them, and support them to flourish. And your organisation becomes better and stronger for it!
